• To track progress and send reminders and notifications you can disable anytime.
• To let you communicate with your coach inside the app.

Data sharing

• We never sell your data.
• Your fitness data is visible only to you and the coach you choose to work with.
• We use service providers (e.g. hosting, push notifications) only as needed to run the app.

Storage & security

• Data is stored on secure servers with encrypted connections (HTTPS).
• Passwords are stored using strong hashing and cannot be read by us.

Your rights

• You can access, correct or delete your data anytime in the app or by writing to us.
• You can request a copy of your data or full deletion of your account.
